Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or through authorised third-party booking platforms. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (by email) from Atipico Hotels or the booking platform, along with a valid booking reference number.
To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.

All prices displayed on our website are per room, per night and include applicable taxes (IVA) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed reservations will be honoured at the price shown at the time of booking.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment may be required at the time of booking or at check-in, depending on the rate and conditions selected.
Additional services (minibar, parking, late check-out, etc.) will be charged separately. Any applicable tourist tax required by local regulations will be collected at the property during your stay.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the check-in date, unless a different cancellation policy is stated at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. The specific cancellation conditions for these rates will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
Reservation modifications (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Please contact us as early as possible to request changes.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full cost of the first night (or the entire stay for non-refundable bookings) may be charged, and the remaining nights may be cancelled.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact the property in advance if you require flexible timing.
At check-in, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification (passport or national ID card) in compliance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021 on traveller registration).

Guests will be held liable for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. Atipico Hotels reserves the right to charge the guest's payment method for the cost of repair or replacement.
Atipico Hotels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where required by applicable law.
Atipico Hotels is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Atipico Hotels is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables left in rooms or common areas. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.
All content on the Atipico Hotels website — including text, images, logos, graphic design, photographs, videos, and software — is the property of Habyt Group or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from our website without prior written authorisation from Atipico Hotels.
